FAQs

Are you using OpenAI to enable the AI functionality? What if I don't want my information to be included?

Yes, Recruit Wizards Generative AI functionality is powered by OpenAI. A Recruit Wizard Config Manager can opt out by reaching out to our Support Team and requesting Recruit Wizard AI be disabled.

What data is pulled from my account to enable the Recruit Wizard AI Advert Creation?

By default, the following inputs are pulled from your Job: 'Job Title', ‘Client Name’, 'Work Type', 'Address', & 'Job Description' are sent by Recruit Wizard to OpenAI to generate a suggestion. The prompts used to generate suggestions are configurable though.

If I enable this functionality, will my account data be used to train large language models?

OpenAI has publicly committed that it will not use any information provided through their API to train its AI model unless a customer opts into it. Recruit Wizard has not opted in, and will not be opting in, so your data will not be used by OpenAI to train its AI model.

Do I own the suggestions that come back?

You do. However, it's important to note that the suggestions provided to you may be the same, or similar, to the suggestions provided to other Recruit Wizard accounts. Suggestions provided to other Recruit Wizard accounts will not be owned by you.

Where will my data go? Does OpenAI keep a copy of my Recruit Wizard account data?

OpenAI processes your data on its servers in the US and you consent to the transfer of inputs for the US for processing by OpenAI. OpenAI will keep a copy of the data sent for 30 days after it is sent, for security reasons after that point, it will be irretrievably deleted by OpenAI.

What measures do Recruit Wizard have in place to ensure the privacy and security of customer data sent to AI systems owned by third-party service providers?

For Recruit Wizard AI Advert Creation, no personal data is pulled from your Recruit Wizard account by the OpenAI Integration. As we build out our Recruit Wizard AI functionality suite, we may incorporate functionality that will require the sending of personal information to a sub-processor. At that point, we will enter into a Data Processing Agreement with the sub-processor of personal information to ensure necessary governance is in place around the processing of that information.

What happens if I no longer want to use the Recruit Wizard AI features?

A Recruit Wizard Config Manager can opt out by reaching out to our Support Team and requesting Recruit Wizard AI be disabled.
